1. Gymmaxx. You need to be prioritizing your upper body, shoulders, upper back, upper chest, neck, these are the most important for increasing your smv. (don't skip legs)
2. Eating the proper foods. You already know what it is, red meat, eggs, fruit, raw milk/any high quality dairy.
3. Sun exposure. Get proper sun exposure every day, ideally for 30 min to 1 hour (you can use sunscreen on face to prevent wrinkles)
4. Proper sleep. Ideally 9-12 hours in bed is best, it differs from person to person, i find 11-12 hours in bed to be the best, keep in mind if you are in bed for 8 hours you are only sleeping for about 6-7 of those hours. Your body goes through different sleep cycles which include being awake. Get better sleep by having your last meal at least 3 hours before bed.
5. Lowering stress. Work on taking deep breaths when needed, grounding, doing what you love.
These are in no specific order, yes there are other weird methods you can do, however if you do these 5 things, you are 100% sure to look and feel a lot better.
