I see a lot of unscientific bullshit about food here. No need for all that hogwash. Having a healthy diet is very easy actually. High IQ guys at Harvard have made it easy for us. Just follow these tips and you will be fine. Thank me later. Healthmaxing is looksmaxing and quality of life maxing in the long run.

Nobody cares about this. The diet that maximises gym gains is the best. High protein, high carb, minimal fat for daily requirements. Micronutrients for hormones + health for best of all worlds. I guarentee the people who made this "healthy eating plate" are just ogres

So chicken, tuna, and salmon. Vegetables for nutrients. So basically what Harvard guys are advocating.

Unironically just eat shit that is "mainstream healthy", meat, salmon, chicken, vegetables, eggs, fruits, etc. Don't eat bread or any form of grain, and supplement a protein shake if you don't have enough protein in your diet (you probably don't). For drinks just drink water

Almost all mainstream diet opinions are purposefully wrong, they are paid for by food companies which sell the types of foods advocated all of which are very profitable (oils, grains, greens, starchy wheat crap). The food pyramid is essentially a long term strategy to replace the local farmer with global corporations.

It's really easy to know what diet is healthy just look at anthropology. There are a ton of red pills in anthropology.
