Best routine/products for healthy looking hair all the time?

Shampoo once a month. No shampoo is optimal, but hard to accomplish/maintain.
Sea salt spray adds nice texture to my hair, may or may not work for yours.

it makes it hydrated
Yeah i was thinking of getting that, wasnt sure which one though. What would you recommend? Also how often should i shampoo and use this leave in conditioner ?

Thing is i wear stuff on my head most of the day at work so it just fucks it up anyway and makes it look ass

I'm not sure.
Probably not the best picture, but it gives an idea.

Because i have something on my medium-long hair most of tje day and it it just stays in that position and is flat asf after, this is only when i dont wash my hair for 5 days plus though. If it was freshly washed i could easily get it back into what it looked like before i put anything on my head.

Ffs use shampoo the no shampoo propaganda is just as retarded as raw meat propoganda. I shampoo everyday and its fine just use the right shampoo, but yes some stylists and doctors say its optimal to only use shampoo like 2-3x a week ive tried most and to stop getting greasy hair i shampoo everyday and it looks good.

Head and shoulders original but ive used alot and had just problems with few of them making my hair really light and over cleansed iykwym

I cut it all off every couple of days, less stuff to think about. Embrace the baldness, know that you will eventually bald, accept your future.

you are all, without exception, completely retarded. a circle jerk of retards frothing at the mouth.

If you want results I would use products even though I'm experimenting currently with making it healthy without products I would say products make it look better faster just make sure to get good quality products
Type 1 hair shampoo 1-3 times with conditioner a week max if you want volume texture powder if you want hard hold for something like slickback clay want clay but less heavy pomade
Type 2a/2b avoid texture powder and clay
Shampoo 1-2 times a week with conditioniner use ses salt spray if you want beachy flowy look dont make it yourself buy something good pomade for hold
2c/3a hair avoid texture powder clay pomade sea salt spray shampoo 1-2 times a week use leave in for hydration amd your main products add on top of that mouse of you want volume I guess you can replace mousse with gel if want definition
3b/3c shampoo once a week leave in as your main product and use mousse if you want volume gel for definition and curly cream if you want a lil bit of everything you make combos I don't recommend all 4 bit you have to put in mind having leave in conditioner as the main product and add 1 or 2 on top
Extra tips douple shampoo if you feel like there is too much products in you head always detangle before styling get silk bonnet or pillowcase. when you use the product and the hair gets dry use hair oil to scrunch the crunch and get soft curls (only for 2c+)
