I weighted 215lbs in February
I now weigh 162lbs
Is this a healthy rate of weight loss.
I also plan on being 140lbs by Thanksgiving/early December.
Is this ideal?

It varies but minor leg definition minor ab definition if u got that or not yet ur not in that range so dw

Yeah its pretty nice most likely u wont be able to eat like you used to tho
I eat 1 meal a day of 1lb 93/7 ground beef & 5 eggs I eat it all in like 3mins and drink a sugar free monster 30 mins later my stomach can still keep up with stretching. My appetite will never go away but I don't care!!! I could eat forever!!!!!
