You don’t need to cut out all carbs. You just want low-glycemic carbs that don’t spike oil and inflammation.
Good carbs:
Vegetables
Berries
Sweet potatoes
Whole grains (small amounts)
Avoid/limit:
White bread
Candy
Soda
Chips
Sugary coffee drinks
These help reduce breakouts.
2. Vitamins That Actually Help (Safe, normal amounts)
Vitamin A
Supports skin turnover.
Best from food: carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes.
Vitamin C
Good for collagen + healing.
75–90 mg/day is enough.
Vitamin D
Helps with inflammation.
600–800 IU/day.
Zinc
Great for acne support.
8–11 mg/day (don’t mega-dose).
Omega-3 (Fish Oil)
Reduces inflammation + helps breakouts calm down.
250–500 mg/day.

3. Simple Skin Care Routine
Morning:
1. Gentle cleanser
2. Niacinamide serum
3. Light moisturizer
4. SPF 30+
Night:
1. Cleanser
2. Salicylic acid OR benzoyl peroxide (use ONE to avoid irritation)
3. Moisturizer
