No they are retard. It doesn't look good on everyone, and it can emphasize stuff like wrinkles and under eye bags, but discolouring your face more orange, and pink, can be an improvement, especially if it's subtle.

I have tried them at a high dosage for like a 2 month period. It is honestly hard to say if they made a serious difference, especially because I was losing an actual tan as I was taking them. I think they helped though. Are you saying you don't believe they discolour your face? There's so much evidence against that, look online for like 2 minutes. If you take them for long enough you will see a change. Whether that's good or bad is probably dependent on the person.

My bad. I didn't even check that specific one. I was just talking about carotenoids in general, cause I'm a retard who doesn't read the entire post for whatever reason. That one isn't great. Dosages are too low, and it has the wrong ones. Just get Betacaroteine, astaxathin, and lycopene take like 21mg, 36mg, and 14mg a day, or something like that, until you see results, then lower it when your discoloured to your liking causes that's high as fuck. Get them individually.

Vitamin A is toxic as hell. Whether it's a carotenoid or animal vitamin A doesn't matter, shit jacks up your liver and causes hair loss.
