why would you want to clip your lashes? just brush them up g:forcedsmile:

its on the part where the hooding goes down, supposedly the lashes makes it pop more cause the lash line just goes at a angle down idk
 
does not make negative hooding disappear but makes your PCT higher(if your lashes are grown downwards in end)
talking from experience
 
use a lash curler
