Hearing cracks in maxilla/soft pallete area while thumbpulling/ thumbpushing

I'm doing oscar patels version of it where you chin tuck and push with your thumbs on your soft pallet behind hard pallet and I am hearing cracks when I do it really hard and engage my neck is this supposed to be happening? Someone told me a while ago it means it's working or sum jfl

jesus christ, its over for you if you keep doing it like that, if its your soft pallet your not meant to do it really hard. start with zygopulling and lateral thumbpulling (research it) dont go all out the first time just start medium and work your way up everyday, dont go really hard expecting instant results, if your damage your skull bad enough your only way out is surgery or ropemaxx
