Hearing voices in my head

I’m highly sensitive to dopamine and it’s
making want to rope srs
I started to hear voices at night in my head and hallucinating so I tried to stim myself by taking pills tnow I’m here unable to sleep and thinking to skip school tmr; how do u guys not kill ursdlf after going trough this shit or is it just me?
