Heart health anxiety

Went to the doctor 4 times had an ecg 4 times with a blood test everything came out normal still i have this fear

it's nothing. i assure you. i went through this. i was even taking my pulse one time and could feel my heart skip beats. it's PVCs. they're super normal. it's probably some dietary shit or stress/anxiety.

in contrast, my ex's dad had tachycardia, like 200+ resting bpm, and let that shit go for months before he didn't anything about it. he had to have surgery, but he's still alive. even AFib is only dangerous because it can send clots to your brain not because it's bad for your heart. don't start worrying you have that though.
