While I managed to slowly have less contact with the girl I was in the friendzone with the last year, today I saw her new profile pic on Whatsapp, it's with another guy. It was brutal to see. I didn't have contact to her for about a week, more time without contact than ever before since we met. She might be in a LTR with him.

And while it's good that it's now officially over, it still feels bad, my day is ruined ngl.

Honestly my only advice for cases like this is to simply block her whatsapp and other social medias so you don't see it, or simply avoid thinking about it. In general, out of sight, out of mind.

Going for other foids will make her into another foid and the "HTB (stacy for me)" thought will eventually dissipate, especially if you can get a girl who looks even better.
