Honestly, for a HOI4 player, that’s pretty good.

Watch tutorials and put it into practice and you will learn fast its only complicated because you haven't put enough time into it you do not need 200 iq to understand this game. Afterwards watch playthroughs of good players, TommyKay etc they usually tell why they are doing certain things as they are playing
