Increased muscle temperature results in more strength/mechanical tension which results in more growth.

A few ideas to take advantage of this-

Wear multiple hoodies into the gym.

Use your gyms sauna for 5 minutes before your lift.

Do a 5-10 minute elliptical warmup before your lift , low intensity as to not cause fatigue, but just enough to raise core temps.

and take cold showers
Cold showers is acc bad for your muscle bc it removes the lacti acid that's supposed to help you build it JFL
