heavily recessed after bimax - my CHAD surgeon tries to bluepill me

Three years ago I got bimax following a braces treatment because I had a subhuman side profile (no mandible in sight even tho I wasn't a mouth breather, whole family has good bone structure, I guess I'm doomed

I knew it wasnt going to be a miracle but I thought it'd be enough to close my bite, holy fuck I'm still so much recessed and it seems like barely nothing has changed

I went through two weeks of eating through a straw and i still don't feel my lower lip/chin because of the nerve damage during the operation, sometimes this shit makes me drool myself when I'm unaware

I called my maxilo-facial surgeon (who's literally CL bald guy, hitman phenotype, and well acclaimed) and this fucker told me I was really good, nothing to worry about, that I was a Paul Newman type instead of a Schwarzenegger (holy shit Paul Newman mogs me to Oblivion )

This fucker bluepilled me after doing nothing to my face and getting the biggest check out of it, I feel betrayed by orthos and surgeons m, I'm a prime case of recession and it has been known since I was a kid, how tf am I still one now, wtf is wrong with me worst thing is I asked him for ortho recommandations because I wanna restart a treatment and this mf hasn't been answering in a MONTH, I fkn hate him


tldr : is it normal to still be heavily recessed after a bimax to fix overbite/recessed mandible? wtf am I supposed to do

I did get some scans and Bro was like "your bone consolidation is ok" but bro idc abt having solid bones if I'm that recessed, I'd rather have fragment of bones floating through my skull as long as I'm forward grown

Anyways, I have pics of the scans, if someone took a look at it, could they judge how fucked up I am just from them?

Yeah in his case , if the mandible is moved further it’ll result in a malocclusion , so his case is most likely recessed chin not mandible

Guys I'd like to think it's only a matter of chin but I fill out all the criterias from having a weak and underdeveloped jaw/recessed mandible, I have a high ass gonial angle (even for women), round and soft narrow jaw, even forgetting my chin face is not projected at all.

Ah i see , yeah the jew surgeon made the wrong decision , from what i’m hearing you should've gone with bsso + genioplasty for best mandible projection

From what I've seen it's quite common to happen unfortunately, you may need to get a revision with another surgeon

The problem with bimax is they make you remove your wisdom teeth in order to get it. That basically negates the whole reason you bimax in the first place which is to look better with more forward growth and facial depth.

tbh i started to get taken in charge by orthos when i was a teen and had no ideas abt looksmaxx lol, i just followed what was told, if i could i would never get like 4 teeth extracted + wisdom teeth at 15 but what could i know

anyways if i can give any advice to young dudes in the process of getting bimax, don't get no shit extracted and negotiate for the biggest possible maxilomandibular advancement.

this being said i actually concerned my ortho and surgeon enough about a possible post surgery relapse, basically told them i still wasn't feeling my chin, couldn't position my tongue and other shit more or less related to sleep apnea (most of this is true lol)

any ideas on how i could larp even more to be sure to win the case before i see my ortho in july? im looking for that vengeance bimax
