Heavy is the head that wears the crown

I was the king of the world in 2020. My reign continued into 2021. It ended early 2022. Now my kingdom is in ruins. And I sit here in denial trying to fasten the diamonds back into my crown while I sink lower and lower into the dirt.

My kingdom is gone and I am deceased.
