I used to go to the gym (i was 14 jfl super pointless) but deadlifts literally kill you if you do them with intensity

My bench is like 80 kilos 1rm now brah I just went to the gym again for the first time in half a year

nvm this is my last message, i benched 265 at 16, and 225 for 5 reps all while being 16 and weighing 225 pounds. Goodbye
