I tried it. I started having sharp pains in my heels randomly to the point where it hurt to walk. You will fuck yourself up. Just buy insoles or msm glucosamine max to keep your spine decompressed throughout the day to maintain 0.5-1 inch morning height.

I did it like 3x for like 10 mins and walked around my wood floor barefoot like a pterodactyl and looked like a Giga autist
