Tbh. I can agree that face is somewhat environmental, but I believe that height can't be changed at all. I was and still am malnurished growing up yet I somehow reached 6'2. I was always in the bottom 2% of height/weight ratio.

Is there anyone here who thinks height is easily controlled by environmental factors?

Massive cope. You just have to eat. My predicted height was between 6'4.5" and 6'6.5" (194cm and 200cm, so basically 197cm) and I got to 6'7.5" midday (might get to the full 6'8" evening height one day) because I did a ton of exercise outside of school and kept healthy (no malnutrition). Also late puberty.

You just have to take a lot of care of yourself. Eat like a normal height strongman would.

im 6'1.75, everyone at school calls me huge especially freshman year and only kids who mog me is by 1 inch at most
but my family is all taller than me even the young teens mog me
and the fact that when i go outside about 1/20 guys are taller than me makes me feel short, i want to be brutally taller than everyone i see like at school
cant imagine being even average, left and right mogging every day, i would go ER in less than a week

I definetly think there is. My body hair was the first think to develop, everything else about me was still childlike at 13-14. I was shorter than both my parents until I turned 15, and that was when I started to get peach fuzz. We went to a doctor because my parents wondered why I was still so childlike compared to them, and she just said I hadn't hit puberty yet. Fast forward almost 3 years later, still the exact same hairless body (in comparison to an adult, not my tween version. I have peach fuzz and a bit of stubble if I let it grow for months) and everything else about me is giant.

Tall begins at 5'11" barefoot. That's 180/181cm in metric system, and if you've ever gone outside the US, that's usually when you start to get "lanky" with clothes on and visibly don't feel small anymore. Both my parents are legit 6ft and my mom has always been called out on it. She doesn't wear heels because of that.
