I’m 16 170 cm . Wrists still open . Parents 5,3 and 5,10 . I have £800 a month to spare on height stuff . should I run 8 IU hgh + aromatise inhibitor ( small doses ) and mk+enclo ( test is at 400 rn ) . I don’t wanna use pth analogues . Please anyone smart tell me what’s the most effective things . I don’t care about risks , will take any advice . Many thanks

i would do 8 ui before going to sleep to mimic natural gh spikes

first off mate, ur still 16 with open growth plates.. u can hit like 6' without any exogenous AAS bro just be patient and work on your nutrition and sleep schedule

My parents are 5'4 and 5'8, im 6'1 at 17, its never over for height growth if your plates are open

You can run the cycle for sure. It would be really helpful for boosting your height, however, you still need good nutrition, so just eat a lot of food so you can get enough nutrients to help your body grow( since you are 16 and you are still in puberty). Nutrition+ the cycle = 100% height boost.

Just took a look at it. I would recommend to try to get most of the vitamins/minerals from foods. But, besides that you are genuinely on the right track, only thing now it is to pray that it works hahaha ok bhai.
