I’m 6,0 at 16 and a half (late birthday) my dad is 6,2 and a half my mom is 5,5 and a half the doctor said I will be lucky to grow one more inch, what should I do to maximize my height

Supplement d3+k2 to help but that won’t magically grow you, you need to maximise the first three things
