I'm 19 years old and around 6'1". I've been growing at about 1 cm per year. Now my knees and elbows have started hurting at night, and I think I've grown a bit. Between the ages of 15 and 18, I didn't eat breakfast and generally ate poorly. Now I've finished school and started working out. I'm constantly sleepy. Is it possible that the lack of proper nutrition has delayed my growth and I'll grow taller like 5 cm ?

Go check if your growth plates are open if they are get on hgh + ai it will get you to the height you were supposed to be if your growth was delayed
