height. am I a late bloomer or are we done?

I’m currently 5’ 10” at 16.5.

My voice started to deepen at 13.5 or so, and I mostly grew at 14 going from like 5’ 6” to 5’9” probably, then I grew an inch or so during 15 maybe and am 5’ 10” now.

Then nothing, except like half an inch a few months ago.

I did notice my frame started to widen from 15-16 though.

My sleep and diet from 14-16 was kinda buns, I’m starting to try and lock in on it now but damage may already be done

mom height: 165cm (5’ 5”)
dad height 185cm (6’ 1”)

my brother is 18 and I’m basically the same height as he is now

I just wanna be 6ft ideally

I grew from to 6.0 to 6.2 between 16 and 18 and after 18 I stopped growing

Late blooming is a common cope but I had phv around 17yo and grew from 168cm at 16 to 179 at 17 to 185 at 18 and now at 20 I’m 191. It fully depends on when your phv is. If your phv has gone by multiple years ago and you are expecting to “be a late bloomer” and have a growth spurt naturally you are coping. Even pharmacology can’t do much if your growth has stalled after phv.
