I would say at most you lose 2cm max if you are normal

if you stand straight most of it would get fixed
0.3mm max of hight loss you cannot have perfect standing ever if its fucked now
1cm - 3cm aint gonna do much fix you standing a sitting way ofc but dont stress over it its useless

I mean, the compression of the vertebrae still should exists even when standing up straight
