So, I would be trying all the copes (exercises and other practises) to increase height, and post the results after every month. If you want me to perform some specific activities let me know. If I gained a few inches then I would make a heightmaxxing guide including everything which I did in this span of time in detail.

At this age just start injecting HGH while you can still benefit from it.

You may have malabsorption issues or eat less than you think you do. It could be a bunch of things.

Glucosamine is shit, only gave me like 5mm more height over the day

there are always ways to get stuff cheaper, but rather blast extra IUs of GH for less work
