Height at 14

Im currently 14.5 years old and about 6 ft tall (180cm). Is that a good height for 14? Should i be concerned? My father is 6.2ft (189cm) and my grandfather is 6.5ft (196cm). Do I stand out for my height or is it average or in the worst case below average?
