I think people assume the opposite but this is what I believe to be true
Going from 5’9 to 5’11 barely matters but if you go from 5’11-6’1 you instantly go from normie height to outlier height
The 2 inches between 5’11 and 6’1 are so critical because of the amount you move on a standard deviation curve it’s pretty much 55th percentile to 90th
If you go from 5’9 to 5’11 it’s like 45th to 55th percentile change
