Height booster in shoes

Is adding height boosters a good move if I’m 5”8 I wear b22s most of the time they add a good 1.3 inches if I added a 1 inch height booster to reach 5”10 is that a little ascension?

I ain’t no black piller or that knowledgeable here but personally I would say to just wear the shoes normally and embrace your height. Don’t fraud because when you get caught that’s pretty embarrassing. Imagine a girl seeing you lose 2.5 inches after taking ur shoes off or even looking in them and finding out. idk it seems pretty embarrassing and a sad thing to do ngl

You cant walk in insoles daily its painfull uncomfortable (very )im talking bout the black ones , and ive only used 1 inch not more then that , they ruins walking style, and orthopedical probelms , another disadvantage is u need to learn to walk in then they make u feel like a walking faggot
