Height boosters don’t give that much ?

I tried 3 cm insoles in my trainers but I don’t think they added that much extra. They compress very much.

Maybe a 1.5cm addition overall ?

Just get shoes that give height as well and you’ll be good. Get some af1 or boots

AF1s only give about 1 inch anyways. Air maxes give more. Sometimes 4cm boost

They do. I used to where these nice elevator shoes that my dad gave me when I was a manlet, but I grew out of them recently. Now I wear the Nike Air Force 1 '07 LV8 and timbs during the winter, which are mainstream. But atleast timbs aren't seen as a height boosting show and more of a fashion trend

i wear 2 inch insoles on af1s which give me 3inches of extra height, then i style my hair to give an extra 1.5 inches, then before i leave the house i do 2 minute dead hangs to spinal decompress and unlock an extra 1-2cm so i can successfully fraud to 6'9-6'10

How can you get away frauding that much ?

6’10 and 6’4 are completely different stratospheres of height. One is tall but not overly alien while the other is alien

6'4 barefoot looks like 6'6 so i tell people thats my barefoot height. i usually wear uncuffed pants to cover the heels of my shoes as well. When someone notices ive gotten taller i can quickly divert their attention to my hairstyle causing the effect and the fact that im still growing. when people think you are already 6'6 and they know shoes add an inch or two you can easily get away with frauding 6'9

Get better insole material, a one that has low compression or find a shoe that can add 2 inches

Only really worth it if your going to social setting's

Generally speaking the more comfortable and tolerable ones compress
while the one's that dont are far more uncomfortable so you kinda have to pick your poison
