Height boosters

Do you think height boosters are bad? Or can they actually be good for making yourself look taller? I was thinking of buying some; I'm 5'6"

they are alr but it’s not gonna make or break anything just make sure you don’t get caught

and if you do over 10k steps in 2 inch height boosters it starts to hurt a lot
