i saw someone on here reply to me months ago about making up lost height gains from stunted growth while in puberty

is this cope or something that actually happens?

I was on niacin and sprint for 2 weeks, and grew 1 cm at around 17-18 years old. I think I stunted my growth or something, so that's why it was such a quick gain out of nowhere. After that it stopped.

work. but only if open growth plates. otherwise you wont EVER get that height back
