why would a herniated disc make you shorter? they heal back to normal. if your disc is herniated then your posture is going to be really fucked but back to normal once healed

doesnt the herniated disk get compressed thus making u shorter. Nvm, you only lose like 0.25 inch if you herniate the whole disk like completely fucked up disk and its rare
