Iam 16 doctor says I’m 5’7 maybe 5’8 already taller than my dad by a 1/4 of an inch I feel like there is not more I can do except sleep and have a proper diet can I maybe grow to 5’10


My shoe size is 10.5 hasn’t grown and has stopped growing over 2 years ive grown 1-2 inches I feel like I might be done but can I reach a average height

I cant really grow a lot of chin hair but can only grow out my side and I can’t grow a moustache unless using HGH is cope

Using HGH is not cope if your growth plates are still open but keep in mind you have to use an aromatase inhibitor.
