INTERESTING EXPERIMENT IN YOUR SIG, HOWEVER WHAT IS THAT LANKY FAT FRAMELET GIANT GONNA DO AGAINST THIS GUY

The video in my signature only applies to big height differences because the taller you are, the more you will weigh. An advanced lifter usually has around 40 lbs of muscle gained from training. An advanced guy at 5 foot 10 would be at around 180 lbs at 15% body fat, while an advanced guy at 6 foot 4 would be at around 220 lbs at 15% body fat. This means that for a 6 inch height difference, there is a difference of 40 lbs of muscle, and if the 5 foot 10 guy has never trained seriously in his life, he might just weigh 140 lbs at 15% body fat so it would be a difference of 80 lbs of muscle.

Since the vast majority of guys in commercial gyms are weak and the vast majority of people don't even lift, then it's easy to say that if you reach close to your strength potential, you'll be stronger than the vast majority of men who are at your height. Now, imagine you're comparing yourself to the shorter guys, not would you be stronger than them but the strength difference and the difference in muscle mass would be huge. Even if the shorter guy could fight like batman, it wouldn't do anything.

That is why there are weight classes in MMA, because otherwise, the bigger guy would have an unfair advantage. In the real world however, there are no weight classes, so the strongest men are the men who are fully trained after years of serious training in the gym, but the taller you are, the higher your muscular and strength potential is, so the taller you are, the stronger you will be when you will have filled your frame.

There is no such thing as a framelet, the powerlifter guy there was weak because he didn't have his full 40 lbs of muscle and he wasn't much taller than the other guy, and let's not forget that the MMA fighter was much more muscular than the powerlifter, so the shorter guy was more muscular pound for pound, while the taller guy was just slightly muscular and they didn't have a big height difference, that is a very bad example.

A better example would be David vs Goliath, but that is just a legend from the bible. In the real world, unless you had a gun, in a fight against a guy who is a foot taller than you, especially if he weighs a lot more than you, you would lose automatically. This is also why an obese woman can easily win in a fight against a fit woman, because she has a higher weight so she is stronger.

What people don't realize is that the fatter you are, the more muscle mass you have, even if you don't lift weights, when you gain fat, your body gains some muscle, and the leaner you are, the less muscle you have and vice versa. This is why when fat guys cut, they usually have some muscle underneath, while skinny guys are ripped to the bone with absolutely no muscle mass.

Dominating someone with your height only works if the height and weight difference are big enough to give you power over the other person. In the video, the thief is like twice the height of the victims and he is more than twice their size because he is also very fat.

If the MMA guy was fighting against Hafthor Bjornsson (the mountain in Game of Thrones, and the strongest deadlifter in the world since 2020), he would lose even though Hafthor doesn't have any experience as a MMA fighter, that is because Hafthor weighs 451 lbs (205 kg) and he is 6 foot 9 in height, so even if you were to send a 170 or 200 lb 5 foot 10 guy against him, Hafthor would win just because he is more than twice that weight and nearly a foot taller.

This is facts

you can be big and buff af but if you don’t know how to use your body properly it’s useless

Be big and strong but don’t forget to learn how to use it in the most optimal way
