Currently 1,67–1,68 cm, 55 kg, 11–12 % bodyfat, fresh 16 years old, male, looking younger than I am, and 1 year bone age delayed.

In puberty for exactly a year now, good diet since then.

Dad: 180 cm, Mum: 155–160 cm.

So basically my problem is that I didn’t grow a cm in the past 4 months, but before that I grew like 1 cm every month for 10 months straight and had my very peak height velocity.

But then it stopped very quickly, till now. Even though I’m coping with MK-677 for a month now, no change. I’m looking into going for HGH in the next couple of months.

Did this happen to any of you and then you just returned back to growing or just stopped then?

ye in a year i had grown 12 cm now im growing only like 1 cm in 3 months

shit, i really would like to get atleast 177cm or sum to survive life, but it gets worse day to day, i hope i am one of these out liners:feelswat:

bro you are wasting you height potential my mom is 158 dad is 167 i am late 15 and 173 nigga if your dad is 180cm you can outgrew him just heightmax

what should i do? i was underweight when i was younger and had a very stressfull life thats the issue, but now i am trying to catch up.

eat ultra healthy diet a lot of sun exposure and sleep well and a lot

what's your diet
500ml milk a day, 3 eggs in the morning, coocked liver once a week, a ton of fruits, cheese, and then what ever my mum coocks in the day, supplements: 20mg zincbisglycinat, 400mg magnesiumbisglycinat, 3g Glycin, and whey protein, sleep 8 hours most of the times, 7 hours on the worse days

i think you'll grow a little more but your mom might of screwed u up

U might get to 5'9 if u are really lucky.
I grew 2 cm after 16 and my parents are the same height as urs

i have 2 friends who were 5'3 and 5'4 at 16 and 17 and they are now 5'11 and 5'9 at 17 and 18. they both had a very short puberty and they are both done growing now i think. if you maintain a decent diet i could estimate you being around 5'11 by the time your done. tho then again i wouldnt count on havent a tall dad since my dad is 6'4 and my mum is 5'8 yet im 5'9 done growing at 17

also when you say u started puberty a year ago does that mean u got pubes a year ago or did u get them before then

so basicly before i start you have to know i only recomend things i'l say ONLY FROM GOOD SOURCE AND HELTHY ANIMALS dont eat food from store its pure poison full of toxins contact some local farmer or find one on internet
-fruits you eat too much of them i dont say they are bad most of them is just sugar you dont need to eat a lot 1-3 a day is ok
-elimante vegetables if you don't know humans have ph in stomach 1.5 which mean its very sour place, animals who eat only raw meat have 2.0 and animals who eat plant have about 0.5 that mean we are able to digest vegies but you will not have ANY profits from them, all that bullshit you hear online is lie our stomach can digest vegetables but our organism takes like 30% of nutries and a lot of plants are full of antinutries and antioxydantes they are not much vegies you can eat and be ''helthy'' 95% is just toxic flowers
-raw dairy as i said only from good source butter,milk,kefir other things they are good i see you are under 14 so basicly you can still save yourself
-animal products mainly i mean eggs i have my own chikens i eat 1-2 raw eggs a day they have no taste like watter and if from good source they are full of protein and good bacteria which will help your stomach ( i am eating raw eggs almost year now and i dont have any helth problems or sallmonella it will happen only if you will eat eggs from store)
-raw organs ofc good source local farmer healthy animal organs are the most powerful food to eat ofc raw they are not har to chew they are soft and very tasty ( talking from experience) liver is the most powerful one
-muscle meat if you wanna have more fat or just eat more to hit calories you can eat muscle meat ofc raw and good source ofc but its mostly for the ''mass''

its all you need i am eating raw egss/ meat for almost year now ofc i can't eat raw organs everyday bcs its expensive to eat good ones so i mostly eat eggs but i have big change in height and bonemass not saying i am some model no but it lowkey saved me and will save you

basicly on my dick already at 12 or sum but under my arms just a year ago yes, but at 15 i looked like 11, and i mean really 11.

nice, but one thing i am 16yr with an bone age of 15, i get some of my fruits from a farmer and my eggs, i will look in to getting good meat from a farmer, and also i dont eat vegetables anyways, only bread but also not that often.

my both parents told me that they also had very late puberty like 16-17 so this one is probably genetics, and my mum told me that my uncle so her brother grew his frame at 25 like crazy, but i suspect him to use hgh, because he came in my room one day and told me to NEVER use hgh, but i will anyways probably :lul:

bread is just clump of water and seed its just carbs

trying my best i was underweight, probably because of high stress/minimal depression, but i was on a bulk for 2 years now and gym maxxed, and even lost fat, but atleast gained some muscle:

ur not gymmaxxed yet brah, keep going tho.

don't be afraid of food, it's the fuel for our bodies. don't cut before getting to atleast 17-18 years old.

yea pre life set me very back, i was 36kg 2 years ago, looking in to gaining another 10 kg, dont worry i love food
