Ideally you’d put a book exactly up against the wall and mark the bottom of it(assuming the book is completely straight as your head is under it) because camera angle can change how your height appears in photos

i will just say 177 cms, the doctor measured me at 175 cms but i genuinely think thats wrong due to her measuring me 176.5 cms before that.

i tried the aerosal can method, i turned out 176 cms, but my head is slanted so it's hard to be exact.
