Fassbender does look taller actually, that's a good example. I always thought he was like 6'0 atleast but recently found out he's 5'10 but he seems to have a long torso and overall good proportions. Still i don't think a 5'8 or 5'9 guy can do anything, he's going to look short no matter what.

what most people don't understand is that being taller also results in other areas being genetically superior aswell, genetics come in a package. they will likely have better hair genetics, higher IQ, wider frame, stronger, more athletic, better face.
If you are 5'10, i am not saying it's automatically over, Alain Delon was 5'10 and he is one of the best looking guys of all time. But you have to compensate so much in multiple different areas. You have to be better looking, in better shape, have more money, etc etc just to be seen next to a 6'2 guy.

5'8 dad, 5'2 mother, the thing is my height was stunted. i was barely fed anything during puberty and was extremely skinny and i slept only 3 hours a night during puberty years. I should atleast have been 5'10.
