Am Vietnamese and born in West is 6"0 (183cm) tall for a South East Asian ?

Just wondering and are East Asians taller then South east asians on average ?

This is very tall in Vietnam.

Im also Vietnamese. I was the second tallest in my highschool class at 1m78.

But Im already 34 years old. Kids nowadays are very tall. There are many kids taller than me in the gym.
