It’s bad but I’ll end up frauding or LL later on it’s cause my hyperthyroidism being untreated and I hit puberty a year early sadly, when I was 13 I learned about AI and hgh so I regret not doing so earlier so now on I’m doing whatever I want

Why would you not wear shoe lifts?
Or actually better to get shoes with extra height built in, cuz you can’t get called out for it

Also, don’t know if this works but banded sleeping seems promising from the anecdotes I’ve seen
But I’m not gonna do that until I move out cuz I dont want my parents to think I’m weird and insecure

I just bought air forces so 1 inch, I’ve been height maxing I might be able to squeeze 0.5-1 inch but like it won’t help much cause I’ll be 5,6 max 5,7 w shoes
