im 186 cm, usually fraud to 193.5 cm with elevator shoes, no issues, ultimately depends on your proportions aswell, my proportions make people perceive me to be taller so i can get away with it, max out at 3 inches

wear dresspants that are long along the back of the shoe with lifts inside of the shoes, you won't get caught... unless you go up stairs...
