1) Shoes that naturally add height
Go for shoes with thick midsoles or built-in lift:
These typically give ~2–4 cm extra height just from design, and they look normal.
2) Height-increasing insoles (real “boosters”)
Buy proper elevator insoles (not random padding).
3) Socks (keep it normal, not stacked weirdly)
Wearing thicker socks is fine for comfort, but avoid stacking or folding them in ways that change shoe fit—that causes discomfort and looks unnatural over time.
4) Visual height tricks (low effort, high effect)
Go for shoes with thick midsoles or built-in lift:
- Chunky sneakers like Nike Air Force 1
- Max-cushion runners like Nike Air Max 97
- Platform-style sneakers like Adidas Forum Low
These typically give ~2–4 cm extra height just from design, and they look normal.

Buy proper elevator insoles (not random padding).
- Usually add 2–5 cm
- Go inside sneakers/boots
- Look for gel or foam types so they don’t feel hard or unstable

4) Visual height tricks (low effort, high effect)
- Monochrome outfits (same color top + bottom)
- Slim/straight pants with a higher waist
- Hair volume or hairstyle that adds vertical shape
- Good posture (this alone can change how tall you look a lot)
