Boots, u can heightfraud as much as ur feet can handle, so im talking like u can add in 3 to 4 inches in insoles.

I do AF1 with 1 inch insoles. AF1 maybe give a 1 cm boost, and 1 inch = 2.5 cm roughly. So I get like a 3.5 cm boost which is unnoticeable with jeans, almost unnoticeable wearing shorts, and is subtle enough to not draw attention if you take off your shoes.

If you wanna buy insoles I recommend a modest increase like 1 inch and to buy something of good quality, don't be like me and waste your money on shitty insoles, get something more reliable. This is the one I bought and it's very comfortable, doesn't slide around. and lasts very well.

I have white ones, but I think that the best is to have black af1 with black insoles. When you're not wearing the shoes, people will be able to look down inside your shoe, meaning that they'll maybe see that you have insoles. But I think that it will be less noticeable if the inside of the shoe as well as the insoles are black.

Look at the shoe in this image for instance, since the inside is all black it's pretty hard to see what's going on.
