Height is one of the most important metrics in looksmaxxing and also the one you can influence most easily and instantly.

Why EVERYONE should fraud:

Even though I am 6'5 (195 cm) myself, I always fraud at least 2 inches (5 cm) because:

• I no longer get height mogged by people frauding from 6'3 to 6'5.
• I now mog people who are actually as tall as I am.
• I mog people who are shorter than me significantly more brutally.

This logic applies to all heights: you don't get mogged by people who fraud, you mog people your own size, and you mog shorter people way more brutally.

Furthermore, you get mogged less by other people who are taller than you.

When it comes to frauding, we can start at 3 points:

• Shoe sole
• Insole
• Socks

Shoe sole: As big as possible, as long as it doesn't look "non typical"
