I know some Nike trainers add like nearly 2 inches now, so maybe you can wear those. They’ll probably look blocky, but you’re not technically height frauding

Shorts make your legs look shorter because they optically divide them in two, the horizontal line at the bottom. If you’re gonna height fraud then you don’t want people looking at them so probably darker pants would be the best.
