Recently tried some silicone height boosters that was advertised to give 5cm (but gives 4cm due to compression). The one where you put it in your socks so that people cant tell that ur wearing boosters.
WEARING SHOES THAT GIVE 5CM WITH THE SILICON BOOSTER MADE ME GO FROM A 175CM MANLET TO A 185CM TALLCEL JFL.
EVEN WITHOUT SHOES IM STILL AROUND 180CM WHICH IS CONSIDERED TALL HERE.
JUST WEAR BAGGY PANTS TO HIDE IT EVEN MORE.
Got my shit from taobao but u can probably find in AliExpress or any chinese online shopping platform for a few bucks
