Height frauding issue

As I've seen so far, even people who are 6'1- 6'2 etc are frauding by 1 or 2 inches. So this "6'4 is ideal bro" thing in the forum is based on a legitimately (afternoon) tape measured barefoot 6'2?

In my daily perspective, 6'3-6'4 barefoot is ideal for mogging and comforts. 6'2 is enough but not completely. I'd comfortably go on with an extra 2" ngl
