It's said everywhere, height and looks are determined by genetics for 80% and 20% by environmental factors. For looks we already know that you can change a lot and I'm not sure about calling it 20% (mewing, braces, mse etc.). How about height? There are quite some posts on here that talk about stacks and what supplements etc. to take, from hgh to to niacin to mk677 and other peptides. People say hormones are important and igf-1 is important. What you're told = the lesser the estrogen the taller you are.

I've noticed a lot of people online and irl that have shit diet, posture, sleep habits and other things that are told to be bad for your overall health. I live in the netherlands and here are 3 levels in school: smart, average, dumb (stereotypical but overall true). In the "dumb"-level almost every guy does drugs, mostly weed, cigarettes and alcohol, some do xtc, speed and other harddrugs. Most have shit diets (chips, cookies, cakes sugary foods and other processed shit). During lunchbreak everyone (every level) has a sandwhich, usually with ham and cheese or peanutbutter and "hagelslag" (literally colored sugar made with artificial juice). They probably eat potatoes or smth in the evening and during the day they eat processed food, at most they eat an apple.
Yet a many of them have well developed faces, are 183 cm (6 foot) or above. Not many of them have facial hair and if they do its little to none (talking age 15-19). Most start they puberty late and don't have very deep voices. They have a full head of hair (no receding) and most are skinny to the bone, some are fat too, not in between tho.

I notice time and time again that kids with shit lifestyles are taller than their family and have well developed skulls. My friend who was 2 cm shorter than me exactly a year ago is now 5 cm taller than me (we are the same age - 17). His dad is as tall as me. He has 2 brothers, one is 21 and the other is 19 I believe. The one who is 21 never goes outside, and didnt go outside as a little kid and he only plays games, sits at home all day, eats barely and doesnt sleep a lot, has fucked up schedules (eats at 3 am sleeps during day) and sleeps only for about 4 hours or smth, YET HE IS 2 METERS (6 foot 7) . His other brother is the same height as his dad and is kinda social and plays tennis. Both my friend and his 21 year old brother have good developed skulls (his brother is so developed he looks like a fucking alien).
DOES SOMEONE HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR ALL OF THIS SHIT? DO GENES REALLY PLAY THAT BIG OF A ROLE IN HEIGHT OR IS THERE SOMETHING WE DON'T KNOW.... ANYONE A THEORY ON THIS BS?

Another example: Logan Paul - this is him at age 17-18 (about 3 cm [1 1/2 inch] shorter than his dad.
Logan Paul Heads to States With a Sendoff and a Shiner | Westlake, OH Patch

This is him done growing - at about age 22 (about 10 cm [4 inch] taller than his dad) Logan Paul is 188 cm (6 foot 2) and his brother Jake Paul is 182 cm (~6 foot).
Logan Paul, Greg Paul, Jake Paul, & Pam Stepnick. My favorite family. | Logan paul, Jake paul, Logan jake paul

Another interesting thing to note is that Logan has a good lower third, good chin and popping cheekbones but lacks eye hooding nad has no browridge, whereas Jake has a good chin but has shit cheekbones but has a big browridge. Both are balding but Logan is better at hiding it and will look beter even if he goes bald cos he can rock that cowboy western look and only growing a stache.

edit: His fucking wrists are wide too

He did wrestling since the age of 11 I believe.

Yes it's all genetics, I was underweight for most of my childhood but I am 6 foot 4 in height anyways. Living in a colder country does play a part too and the month that you were born, many tall people are born in June, my birthday month is June, and I live in Canada, in the coldest big city of Canada: Montreal.

And my mom is 5 foot 8 while my dad is 5 foot 10, and they both had tall people in their family, so I had all the genetics components to be tall, but it's especially because I inherited a lot of features from my mom's family like the blonder hair colour, the thicker hair type, the v shaped hairline (widow's peak) and the blue eyes and the height.
While from my dad I got a ton of forward growth, an underbite, crooked teeth, thick eyebrows, and a very thick nasal base in my nose.

Meanwhile, my 2 younger siblings inherited mostly features from my dad, they look more like him than I do, since they have darker eyes, darker hair, and a normal straight hairline and they are much shorter than I am, my little brother is 5 foot 9 and my little sister is 5 foot 3.

Fuck me bro, I'm born in germany in june and live about 9 years in the netherlands, first 8 years I lived up north, last year I live in the south of the Netherlands. My dad is the tallest from his family (183 cm - 6 foot) and my mom the shortest from her family (167 cm - 5 foot 6). My moms dad is about 187 cm (6 foot 2) and her sister is 185 cm (6 foot 1) and my nephew (moms side - her sister's son) is 2 meters tall (6 foot 7). Yet I'm 180 cm (5 foot 11) and have grown about 2 cm (1 inch) since the age of 15 (I'm 17 now). Did you do anything to get taller or purely genetics? What is/was your diet and what is your ancestors diets?

My diet was terrible, I was on ADHD medication for all the time that I was growing so I didn't eat enough to stay at a healthy weight so I was always very skinny and weak but I still managed to grow, which means that diet has nothing to do with it. It was purely genetics for me.

what about the people who claim getting taller from hgh and peptides and other stuff on here?

gh and everything that increases it increases bone age which yes it does make you grow taller but only to your genetic potential

Well HGH stands for Human Growth Hormone and there are probably studies that prove that taking HGH can make you grow taller, however, as with any drugs, there are side effects, and just because someone had certain results doesn't mean that your body will respond to the drugs the same way. And it's like this for all controlled substances.

What about sleep? How much and at what time (example from 9 pm to 6 am? Did you play games a lot if so on a pc or console (asking this because if pc you're closer to the source of radiation [ i know it sounds bs but it could be real]? Were you active? In the sense of sports or even sprinting of transportation? How would you compare your lifestyle to that of your brother (and sister)? I'm sorry if I'm asking to much but im genuinely interested in this topic?

True but hgh could have some nasty side effects. @JustBeCurry do you have or know anyone who has grown taller by using heightmaxx stacks?

theres some results on this forum plus people who didnt grow a single inch, also hgh has been proven to work in children with idiopathic short stature so its a viable option if you're deficient in growth hormone or want to reach your genetic potential earlier

The thing is I don't think im deficient. I have a very deep voice, have a full thick beard and have some muscle and low body fat with only excercising once a week. And I aint trynna lower my natural hgh levels.

well then it's either limb lengthening or some new experimental treatment that might come out

As a kid and as a teenager, I mostly watched TV with my little brother, and I only had my own computer when I was 13, I stopped growing at 16, when I was 14 I went on a trip around the world for 1 year (2012-2013) with my family, when we came back to Canada, I was eating junk food like they were but when I decided to start lifting, at around 18 years old, I started eating healthier to make gains in the gym.

I was the weakest kid in gym class throughout elementary and middle school, the only kids who were weaker than me were the fat guys.

From the age of 10 to the age of 13 I went to a very high end school where we ate very luxurious meals at lunch and it felt like we were in a restaurant and we were also living a more luxurious lifestyle than today because my father made a higher income because we lived in a country with higher incomes due to higher cost of living. The only sport that I ever did a lot was skiing, I loved skiing in the Swiss Alps every winter, it was a lot of fun, I miss it a lot.

You said you stopped growing at age 16. Of course you mean height, but did you get a deeper voice and hair on your body and face after that or before the age of 16? And what did you do on that trip during 2012-2013? How active were you back then? When did your puberty start and did your brother have the same puberty length as you (stopped growing at 16)?

You are stunted beyond belief. Accept it.

Reminder: you could have been 6'5 with 24-inch bideltoid and model tier face but because of your own stupidity you ruined your genetic potential.

Now you somehow gotta live with this realization for the rest of your stunted life. I hope your coping skills are good enough to not off yourself.

Good luck.
