I have struggled with height and bone thickness for a long time. After studying, majorly on google and on an old biology book that I have, I realized what I was doing wrong. No bullshit and no lies.

Height growth and bone thickness is correlated, so if you do these you will probably get improvements on both parts.
1. Masai jumping, do it thousands of times per day. Here is what I did:
20x3 very short jumps, then 35x5, then 50x5, then 100x10 or sometimes even more. Be careful, if you are heavier then what I am you should lower the sets and the reps.
2. Sleep. hormones like the human growth hormone, igf-1, tsh, t3/t4, calcitotin, pth, and a lot more, are very important for growth snd thickness. Most of these are released during sleep. Oprimally, you should sleep when the sun sets, and wake up when the sun rises. If you cannot do that, try to sleep and wake up close to when the sun sets and rises, for example 10:30pm to 7-8am. Kf you need to fix your circadian rythm, don't consume melatonin, consume magnesium before sleep and turn a blue light filter in your phone.
3. Go to the gym and consume meaty proteins. And tske 2 rest days.

If you do these and also have a good diet of protein (try to get it from meat, yogurt, milk and cheese mostly) vitamins, minerals, you and do those that I listed, you will have positive results. If you want, you can see a transformation of togi's face, that one youtube bodybuilder that blasts hormones and steroids, before snd after he started to bodybuild annd blast test, etc. Just look it up on youtube. You can see his cheekbones and jaw to be more thicker.

Yeah, I didn't mention it. This is for someone furing puberty. After pubery it will most likely just make the persons bone stronger and s less chance for stuff like osteoperosis.

You should try. Erling Haaland, a famous soccer player, is 24 years old, got measured like a year ago and was 2 cm taller. He has a good diet, his sport requres him to run jump etc. I don't see why it should work for you, 6 years younger than this guy.

I tried this for the first time when I was 13 year old, and 160cm. Now I am 16 years old and I am 178cm.
On the first month when I did it I jumped from 160 to 163. Maybe it was my spine streching from the jumpings.
