I am 18 and a month old, my mom is 5'1 and my dad is 6'1/2. I'm 5'6 which is considered very short in my country, is it possible for me to grow any taller, I don't know if im a late bloomer or not but my older brother was very short and now he is 6'2 or 3, however hhe had a growth spurt at the age of 16 or 17. Is there anything I can do or it's over

Well get an xray of growth plates in the knees and u will know whether u can grow or not

growth plates close around the ages of 16 and 18 for men they're very probably closed for you and even if they weren't you not growing much more than 3cm and thats if you're lucky

You could still grow, go see if your plates are open and get bloodwork

had nothing wrong with me health wise, i think its all my fault cause at the age of 13-17 i was mostly sleeping at 2, 3am and eating junk food most of the time

Go to your doctors and see if growth plates are open
