How much could having a deficiency in important nutrients for height growth like vitamin d, zinc, and magesium actually have on ur height?

Cus I’m pretty sure I’m super deficient in vitamin d cus I’ve worn hoodies and sweatpants for a year and a half now every time I go outside so imma prolly buy a vitamin d supplement to help a lil but I’m 5.9 and I just turned 15 so it’s not completely over and I got my growth plates checked a lil less than a year ago and every one of them in my body was open and she said they were very open but ideally I would want to be at least 6 foot which hopefully will happen but recently I’ve been contemplating exogenous hormones but idk if it’s worth the risk considering I’m 5.9Depends heavily on the nutrients you are deficient in and how deficient you are overall. Very hard to say. Depends heavily on case to case
