As a matter of fact you can actually take anavar for heightmaxxing at low doses up until 5mg. It won't shut you down

Take it for 6 months to a year with glucosamine and you can get 1-2cm of permanent height.

you could take glucosamine in the morning when IGF pulses are lower and it will be fully absorbed by the body by the time night comes around when IGF pulses are higher and more frequent. And other supplements like MSM can also counteract the negative effects.

The ones that contribute to height are. I was a late bloomer. Went from short to avg height after 17 and my lower femur/upper tibia growth plates were fused when I got an X-ray a month after turning 19. I still grew a bit since then surprisingly but it had to have been in my torso.
